Project's Description

The main house is an extension to an existing one-storey reinforced concrete building. The new solution is a 2-storey composite structure, consisting of reinforced concrete (new and existing shear walls), masonry ( natural stone in the basement and brick walls in the ground floor) and structural steel ( verandas, passways and pergolas).

The secondary house is a single floor complex, comprising guest areas, a swimming pool, a 14m high elevator and the equivalent staircase, up to 5m high retaining walls, a steel 5m wide balcony, cantilevering from the wall with the help of inclined struts, steel pergolas e.t.c. All these are founded on different excavation levels, due to the high inclination of the ground.
