Project's Description

 The superstructure of this reinforced concrete building consists of 4 floors. The main usage is offices and exam rooms for doctors. Moreover, the top slab acts as a green roof. The gross floor area is 1750m2. Additionally, there are 4 underground floors of a 5260m2 total area. These will operate as an independent car park. The lower basement is below the water table; for this reason, the foundation is a waterproof raft foundation. Finally, Berlin type retaining walls were necessary for the stability of the 14.85m vertical excavation. The design for this was undertaken by a specialized geotechnical engineering consultancy.
