Project's Description

This project consists of the structural evaluation and design of structural interventions of an existing building with a total area of 1,854 sq.m. in Chalandri.

The property consists of 3 statically independent reinforced concrete buildings, each of which having 3 levels. (Ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor)

Our scope included on site structural identification, site investigation, and structural evaluation of the existing building. The latter was followed by a redesign and strengthening study as per ΚΑΝ.ΕΠΕ. (Code of Structural Interventions), whose supervision during the construction was also our responsibility
