Project's Description

The project is being developed in an area of 304 hectares which occupies the famous peninsula that extends south of "Laimos" in Vouliagmeni.

Following an international tender, "Jeremyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP" acquired the property from the National Bank of Greece.

Our company, after a relevant RFP procedure by HILL International, Manager of the project, was appointed to carry out all the structural engineering studies for new and existing buildings. Our design scope was the following: :
• Structural Technical Due Diligence for all the existing buildings.
•Demolition of the existing hotel “APHRODITE”
•General and local interventions to the hotel “ARION”
•Local interventions to the underground car park of the Nafsika Hotel
• Local interventions to the administration building
• Demolition of the west wing of the spa and addition of an extension
• Standalone Restaurant, “Taverna”, Pool Bar, basement plant area, other construction works
• Addition of small swimming pools and new bottom slabs for existing swimming pools
• New engineering projects in the surroundings
