REPAIR - PLANNING - MODERNIZATION OF THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM OF RETHYMNO
Project's Description 

Strengthening - repair of the existing building in Rethymno, inside the Fortress of Fortetsa. It is a 1970's addition of poor quality construction and has suffered irreversible damages due to corrosion of the reinforcement. The demolition and reconstruction of the building was proposed. The Central Archaeological Council accepted the design based on a new preliminary study for the construction of a new establishment inside the Fortress.
