Project's Description

 The building has four superstructure 270m² area levels, 2 basements and steel pergolas at the roof. The structural framing system is composed of reinforced concrete elements. The foundation consists of 1.2m high continuous strip footings. The excavation took place after a Berlιn-type retaining structure was constructed.
