Project's Description

The project is situated in Agathotes (or Tourlos) area in Posidonia, Syros. It is a single-storey residence with basement.

According to the architectural solution the groundfloor ceiling (200m²) has continuous recesses and level changes. The framing system comprises reinforced concrete columns and beams, with 50cm typical dimensions.

The structures at the surrounding area that were studied in detail include: 110m2 swimming pool, selfsupporting ground slab - yard ≈ 150m², underground tank and machine room, 5m high retaining walls, etc.
