Project's Description

The project consists of three functionally independent ground floor buildings of reinforced concrete. The layout of each one is of polygonal shape. Structurally they are considered as one building, this is because the level of the foundation - basement roof of the upstream building, coincides with the ground floor roof of the downstream one

Typical of this construction which has been inherited from the sloping terrain of the plot, is that the roof of one building is the balcony of the next; this balcony has a private pool for each property.

The roof of the house located on the highest level, is planned to be planted.
