Project' s Description

We carried out supporting design work for the summer 2010 competition. Our scope of work was to check the design of the PV panel supporting structures, to design the foundation of the latter and all the necessary road works and resulting earthworks.
The PV panels are placed on a composite frame structural system with steel columns and aluminium beams. The lower part of the former is underground and acts as a friction pile foundation.
