Project's Description

This project is integrated in a plot of approximately 190,000 m² in the heart of Thessaloniki. Our company has been appointed as the “Local Structural Engineer” for the project, collaborating with French structural consultants, Terrell.

The New Thessaloniki ConfEx Park will include:

• Exhibition Center 01, with a surface area of 32,000 sqm, developed on 2 floors and 1 basement
• Exhibition Center 02, with a surface area of 9,500 sqm, developed on 2 floors and 1 basement
• Conference center, with a surface area of 18,000 sqm, developed on 2 floors and 1 basement
• Exhibition center 04, with a surface area of 9,500 sqm, developed on 2 floors and 1 basement
• Business center, with a surface area of 22,000 sqm, developed on 8 floors and 2 basements, with commercial, office, leisure and hotel facilities
• Large open spaces and a park

In this project, concrete is combined with structural steel and timber to form the load-bearing system of the buildings or parts of them.
