Completion of building and structural works and part of the surrounding area including: interdepartmental walkway, entrance guard post building, steel staircases, permanent retaining wall, steel and composite deck mezzanine floors, steel shed, underground oil and water reinforced concrete tanks on piles, steel liquid oxygen tank, strengthening of reinforced concrete slabs, etc.
